Character Concept: Tsukari

This would be 's character.

A long time ago, I had asked Tsukari for a picture, since I only know him from the internet, so after much problem with being unable to know what he looks like, I decided that I wouldn't draw his face, kinda like Anubis(I don't draw Anubis' face cuz Anubis has a unibrow, and I don't wanna draw it)

Tsukari is based off someone from History (bastaredized thanks to Zephron) I'm keeping who it is a secret though. Some people know though, and I'll need to tell Tsukari so that he isn't out of the loop on who his character really is.

As a character, Tsukari's very important. Almost anything technological within Hell is all thanks to Tsu. In this, I kinda based Tsu's character in HeLL'S LiFe off his RP Character Riyokunus way back when... except he doesn't have robot minions or the need for someone to shove ritilian down his throat. Tsukari's just the ultimate Mad Scientist, that's all.
